Pure Fishing set out to provide sales teams with insights into inventory, a simplified order entry system, and integration with downstream systems to automate order fulfillment while also providing a platform that will enable a 360 degree view of their customer.
Solution
Coastal Cloud replaced Pure Fishing’s legacy system with Salesforce B2B Commerce for US and Canada based customers. This provided a highly efficient user experience for this region, with plans to expand the solution to Asian and European clients. Mulesoft was introduced to streamline integration in order to form a cohesive, unified system involving tax information, freight calculations, price data and more
Results
As a result, the customers of Pure Fishing now enjoy a more user-friendly ordering experience entirely online via Salesforce B2B Commerce. Salesforce’s unified platform allows a massive amount of data to come together into a single, 360 degree view - no matter the size of the client. Sales Reps' ordering plaform is now seperate from that of the customers' which shows leadership segmented and more specific data. Coastal Cloud launched a fully functioning North American site in 4 months and continues to receive feedback from Pure Fishing to iterate new versions of the solution in order to maximize its success based on Pure Fishing’s needs.
