PrudentRX is a membership service that provides prescription discount programs to patients with specialty medications. With a new strategic partnership with a national drugstore, PrudentRx needed systems to quickly analyze customer data, resolve customer issues, and keep their new partner up to date with program changes.
At first, PrudentRX just wanted to set up a call center where agents could easily track customer communications and follow up on claims and support requests. However, they grew faster than expected and PrudentRX realized they needed a lot of data quickly and accurately integrated from multiple third party tools into their new Salesforce system to reduce the time and effort it took for call center agents to resolve cases and process claims.
